Cambria Consulting is a leading talent development consulting firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. Cambria’s areas of expertise include competency modelling, role profiling, succession planning, executive coaching, and online talent systems.

Cambria is our partner in designing, testing, and administering the Leadership Agility 360. They host the instrument on their server and do validation testing, while we provide certification training that allows coaches and organizations around the world to use the instrument.  We work with Cambria to continually upgrade the instrument, its associated materials, and the user experience for both clients and coaches.

Our partnership with Cambria also allows us to draw upon their international network of coaches to help support global client projects.

Detego

Detego, based in Hamburg and Wiesbaden, Germany, provides top-quality consulting services that support results-oriented organizational and culture changes that develop leadership talent and engage all relevant stakeholders. ChangeWise has partnered with Detego to bring a full German translation of the Leadership Agility 360 to companies in the German-speaking countries of Europe.

ChangeWise has also certified a senior representative of Detego to conduct Leadership Agility 360 Coach Certification Workshops in German.  (Click here for dates and locations).

In 2014 and 2015 Detego was named one of the top change management consulting firms in Germany.  Our partnership with Detego allows us to draw upon the firm’s high quality network of coaches and consultants in Germany to help support client projects that extend around the world.

PsyCons

PsyCons is a leading leadership and organization development consulting firm based outside Stockholm, Sweden. PsyCons consultants are currently the only Swedish professionals authorized by ChangeWise as Qualified Trainers of our Leadership Agility Change Lab.

PsyCons has also partnered with ChangeWise to extend our research on the relationship between leadership agility, organizational agility, and business performance to include a broad base of Swedish companies.

PsyCons consultants are qualified to provide the Leadership Agility 360.  This partnership also allows us to tap the firm’s extensive network of English-speaking Swedish coaches and consultants to help support global client engagements.
