There are two versions of the Leadership Agility white paper. Choose the one that is most relevant to your needs:
Managers and internal leadership development professionals typically find the three-level version of the white paper of greatest interest and relevance to their work. This version covers the Expert, Achiever and Catalyst levels of leadership agility. (We estimate that about 10% of today’s managers can operate at the Catalyst level with the rest operating at previous levels).
