2nd Public Workshop in Canada on Leadership Agility
I co-lead a 2-day public Agile Change Leadership Lab in Ottawa, Ontario, with Dorothy Hutt, principal of the Collaborative Leadership Institute. We were joined by Arawana Hayashi, a lovely practitioner of “embodied presence.” (Those rare leaders – about 1% – who exhibited the highest level of leadership agility in our research sample all engaged in long-term practices that cultivated “embodied presence”).
The workshop was received enthusiastically by executives and senior human resource and leadership development professionals from organizations in Ottawa and beyond.
